Cap, Cork & Cellar is the vision of Robert Petz, CSW a ten year veteran of the wine trade in Fairfield County. While having a career in IT, Rob’s calling became clearer and harder to ignore. After relocating out east with his family in 2011 Rob made the plunge into new waters and managed retail operations in Greenwich and Stamford. During this time Rob attended the International Wine Center’s – WSET Courses in Wine and achieved in Level 2 CSW, with honors. Robert aims to help people enhance cuisine, culture and celebration through fine wine, artisanal spirits, craft beer and cheese.
At Cap, Cork & Cellar we consider ourselves lucky to join already established businesses connected to the retail space at 102 Bruce Park Ave, Greenwich in creating new hub of foodie activity in Greenwich.
